This week’s topic was “aging.” The first thing that popped into my head was aging people, but I didn’t want to do that. It bored me. So while taking a walk yesterday I realized that summer is nearly over (at least here in Sweden it is), and all the flowers have aged… most even gone. So flowers it was…

  11. Your illo friday concept is great. We just got back from Colorado where we saw lots of wildflowers in the mountains. One of them looks like a sunflower the size of a dandelion. It grows up on the tundra. For twenty years it grows it’s stem and leaves, then after all those years it finally blooms, goes to seed, and dies. Amazing.
